"Great location for first time in Osaka "

"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "

"As it mentioned before, the property is old. The room is cleaned, but the beds and the room are too small for 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child). Very generous in amnesty. Pyjama is provided. Very standard breakfasts are included with free drinks and ice cream. Too much noisy from the road (even at night time). The location is just good. Walkable but not that easy access to station. "

"The place was really clean, no issues with my room. Location was great, it’s right next to a grocery store and train stations. Staff was really friendly and helped organize luggage transportation to Tokyo. My only complaint is the smoking area. It’s right next to the entrance of the door and it’s open so when you walk into the hotel, the smell just lingers into the lobby. Everytime I walked in and out of the hotel, all I smelled was smoke. Otherwise I would’ve given the place 5/5 stars. "

"Was under construction in the lobby so seating was limited and it was also noisy. Wish they would have let guests know they were doing construction on listing before booking. But they were very nice. Especially the two girls who didn’t rock face masks"

"Overall a phenomenal experience. Great room we stayed with a city view. Only downside is the parking area is not on-site; has to walk 2 blocks not ideal during inclement weather loading or off loading your personal gear and family members. Hotel rate is a bit pricy as compare to other within the area. "
