"Service was world class. Heating and hot water wasn't working properly first night and I had noisy neighbour upstairs the first of two nights who turned his TV up to max volume until 3-4am, but when I told reception the next day, they offered to call heating engineer immediately (I said an extra duvet would be sufficient) and if I had noisy neighbour again, reception told me that they'd send a security guard to ask my neighbour to turn down the TV to a reasonable level. Very nice stay apart...

"The hotel is far from the underground station but right next to a bus stop. So you have transport options. And the hot water takes a while to kick on but otherwise it was a great room great staff. The pub next door has great prices and friendly staff as well. "
