"First class staff especially at breakfast but some areas of the hotel are a bit tired. (Seating in reception grubby.) Rooms and corridors were spotless though."

"Our only complaint is that we booked a double room and paid extra for a third person. On arrival at the hotel we were asked to pay extra again for the third person. We had our booking, confirming the room was for three people, but reception wouldn't accept it. It just felt unfair. "
