"Beautiful clean property in a good location. Beautiful roll top bath and bathroom. Unfortunately toiletries on the wall were not in easy reach while in bath. No hairdryer in room but I would imagine if we’d contacted reception they would have provided one. Not ideal. Just a few little niggles but otherwise a lovely place to stay and great breakfast. "

"Decent stay, the room was spacious and clean, but the shower didn't have any warm water. The bath in the room gave very hot water, but not the shower!! We did report this to the reception person as we checked out, but FYI - room 424 did not have hot water in the shower!"

"There was a heavy snow fall over much of England whilst we were there which meant that we were snowed in and staff snowed out. Many staff walked in or abandoned cars to get to work and then worked first to cook breakfast (the chef was snowed in) and then to dig us out with the help of spades and the local farmer with a digger. We felt very well looked after and the staff did an amazing job in difficult circumstances.Great Teamwork! Thank you."

"Had a really good stay at Mercure Sheffield Parkway. Had to mark down slightly on a couple of things. 1, had a problem with the tv, which was sorted, but then happened again. 2, bed was comfortable but found the pillows a bit too firm. Otherwise the room was very good, with plenty of space, and a good bathroom especially the shower which was spacious and hot. Really handy to have the small fridge too. And dogs allowed , yippee. "

"Great hotel, perfectly located for my business trip. Great breakfast selection and service was great from Ben in the bar with my drinks and evening meal. My only two minor grips would be the pillows were quite firm, may offer feather ones if requested and the gym cardio equipment was quite sparse. But saying that I'll be back in about 3 months when I visit Sheffield again"

"nice hotel rubbish food had scampi chips & peas mushy peas hard & cold chips ok scampi was only thing hot NOT TARTARE Sauce in the hotel at all gave us ketchup ???"
