The smell in the room was awful smelt like drains, i know it's budget ibis but at least put a kettle in the rooms, and then £8 to park your car wow you should put that on the website,

Really close to Sheffield arena it is just a bed and bathroom with a cheap tv no tea coffee making facilities in the room . Light was broken in the toilet reported it twice do I hope anyone in room 121 will now have a working light

Check-in very easy. Staff on reception very friendly. Room perfect for what we needed although would have been nice for the room to be heated before we arrived ( we arrived at midnight on a very cold day and the room was like an icebox). Also one of duvets stained and dirty cup by sink.if we arrived earlier we probably would have reported it but we just wanted to get to sleep.

Room the most basic I’ve ever stayed in. Bed not particularly comfortable and no kettle etc. couldn’t get a better position for the arena though, it’s basically at the end of the car park

Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Reception area is very clean and bright. Rooms are a little dated but we all had a very good sleep, finding the beds very comfortable. Parking on the Saturday was difficult, with a limited car park that was difficult to manoeuvre around. It's only a few minutes walk to the arena and there are plenty of eateries and entertainment places close by.
