The place is immaculate and the amenities phenomenal. We ate at the hotel several times and the food was excellent. The area is safe and has lots of lovely restaurants nearby. One of the highlights was sitting at Harvey’s Bar watching the sun go down with other guests and local capetonians."

"Although the place is very nice with a beach view, it is not a hotel. Its an apartment on the roof. No hotel service. You take ur luggage by ur self using elevator till the 4 floor then you carry it through stairs to 5 floor"

"Check-in took 90 minutes. There was no internet as the data allotment had been used by someone else and management was unwilling to address this. Customer service was poor, with no return communication from the facility caretaker. Very tiny, old television. Mismatched and chipped crockery. Vintage appliances. Loose floor tiles. Shower require you to step very high and it a falling hazard. Large security deposit. Close to a grocery store and the beach. Hot water was good. "

"I was disappointed at the fact that...yes, i did mot understand the details of the bookings... but i was told to use the towels for the entire 3 nights or have them washed at the laundry across the road, at my cost. This treatment threw me off...."
