"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

"I loved the stay at Winchester. Very well located in sea point in a beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious, there was parking available for very little additional price, and staff was simply fantastic, vey thoughtful and friendly. I had to checkout around 5 am for and early flight and they prepared a breakfast box to go. "
