"I stayed here one week ago and it was absolutely horrific! Inside the bedroom room, I found stains on the pillows, bed comforter, and chairs. I also found aunts and many mosquitos. Outside, the pool was green and murky. A caution sign was posted for no swimming. It seemed like there was no one on the property and they hadn't not taken care of their hotel in over a year. "

"Everything was wonderful - great view, clean room, etc. but the location caused us problems! Took half an hour driving up and down the road in a taxi, asking locals who had no idea where the place was! No sign post outside the property to show where we were meant to go! Local taxi drivers even struggled finding the property! Aside from that, all wonderful. Manager offered to help us with taxis etc, but we didn't have a mobile to be able to contact him and never saw him again after checking in....

"The hotel facilities and everything about it was more than satisfactory.There appeared however to be a tipping culture expectation when the overall costs incurred a customer service fee.Making it much more costly. Hand towels in the bathroom would be a nice addition.Staff were amazing."
