Rita is an absolute legend—kind, warm, considerate, and incredibly professional. Her excellent English made communication seamless, and she went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. "The resort property is beautiful and a traditional Balinese style. Jimbaran beach is simply amazing, quite clean , and super smooth sand all the way into the ocean which makes entry and swimming fantastic. Very good dining options and quality of food. All the staff were very kind and friendly. I would certainly stay here again. "
