"This was by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! The entire staff from the moment we arrived treated us like family. They accommodated every request we made with such politeness. "The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the market of Ubud, which is good and bad as you it is a 20 minute walk to the market. The suites are good, although cleanliness has much to be desired...the turnover was done but garbage in the room was not cleared!!! Breakfast is not buffet style but rather al-carte...you choose what you eat from a menu."

"This place is magical! Be aware that they do host retreats that utilize one of the outdoor stages with a PA system for the teacher to speak over sometimes early in the morning but it wasn't terribly loud. I stayed in both the standalone lodge and then moved to another room that was part of the retreat package I came for and both are amazing in their own way."

"Superb boutique resort, absolutely loved the location. Extremely quiet area of Ubud, but walking distance to centre of town and many attractions if you don't mind the Penestanan stairs. "Had a good stay at this hotel with the family. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and had different variety each morning, basic drink and snacks provided in the room for free. Staff were very nice and friendly. Takes about a 10 minute walk to the main road where all the shops and dining options are. Gets pretty dark at night since there are no street lamps. Some part of the streets have barely any sidewalks so that was a challenge. Other than that, stay was pretty good. "

"This property was unique has it was built entirely from timber and had beautiful carved facade. There were two separate rooms with own outside bathrooms. The bathroom could use small adjustments such as a bigger flat stone in shower area. The pool was amazing and clean. Beautiful large grounds surrounded the jogolo villa. Very traditional type accommodation. It was situated out of Ubud in the Sayan area. Local drivers fare back into Ubud 50000 rupiah. -$5:00 Australian. "
