"Our stay at the sun was amazing the staff were super helpful and extremely kind and friendly anything we needed they were able to help us with, our room was clean and tidy and the cleaners come every day to keep everything fresh.the only thing we didn’t like in our room was the shower there was no pressure at all water just dribbled out. "For the price it was ok. Had to change rooms due to ammonia smell from the bathroom. Next room was better, but found mould on the curtains and walls. Had a kettle - but no coffee, tea or cups so we could make our own. Breakfast was a bit repetitive each morning. Pool was great, but pool bar wasn't being used. Location was good with eateries, bars and shopping mall in a short walk away. Overall it looked a bit tired, but you get what you pay for."

"Iv never stayed in such an unkept hotel, the mould in the room was so bad I asked to move, which was alittle better, I was so upset I didn’t want to be there, I stayed up most of the night looking for another hotel, we ended up staying for breakfast which was just so horrible, didn’t even finish it , I asked for a refund this is still in despute. "Although location is not central part of Ubud, it is very easy to book a grab/gojek bike to central area. Instead it was very peaceful and quiet to stay in this hotel, really enjoyed the clean, refreshing pool everyday. My only complain was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom fan/vent but besides that, room was kept clean, there was daily housekeeping. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel, it’s a tranquil oasis! The garden/pool area is beautiful and the room was great. It’s in a quieter part of town which we saw as a bonus, at the end of a street with plenty of options for bar/restaurant. The staff were very warm and friendly, would recommend 👍"
