"There were lots of ants in the room on the floor on the bed everywhere and they keep coming. The staff tried to clean it twice but after some time the ants keep coming, we had booked 2 rooms but ended up staying in one room. They didn't had any other twin room available. We had booked 4 nights but spent only 2 nights there. We raised it with expedia and the property agreed to return the 2 nights money"

"My husband and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. It was our first trip to Bali and we felt like it was our home away from home. "My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in early October 2024. The resort was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is beautiful with its swimming pool but the service is not at the same standard. Breakfast is miserable. We ordered fried eggs and it came with 2 eggs and 1 toast. We asked for 2 extra toasts and they charged us 30'000 IDR. But in general it was difficult to find someone at the hotel if you needed anything."

"The experience was totally amazing. We reached at 9pm and the villa made us an amazing dinner even though they weren't expecting us to eat a meal.
