"The first room we had we were not impressed. The staff was quick to fix it and the next night we had a much better room. The rooftop was very popular and beautiful to enjoy breakfast on. The location is FANTASTIC. The hotel is quintessential old world Italy. Walking distance to Rialto bridge and Pitti palace. Great restaurants downstairs. LOTS of stairs to get up and down to the hotel but there is an elevator. "

"The reviews told me the chances of getting bed bugs was likely. I did get bed bugs. And am now attempting to deal with this which continuing to travel. The actual place was okay but they need to fumigated. If you are ok with bedbugs it’s an okay place. Otherwise. Be warned. Also. The staff were not friendly or helpful in any manner.
