The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "

We had an urgent situation where I needed medical assistance and she drove us to the hospital in her car and stayed there with us for hours.
