"As a women traveling alone- I looked for a hotel that offered valet parking. In my ignorance, I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t available at all hours. I had to park my car in the garage at 2am alone- which defeated the purpose of the valet parking. Other than that slight inconvenience everything else was amazing! I will definitely return."

"Good location, but unfortunately I realised too late there was bed bugs in my windowless room. Checked out a day early. They offered to clean my room or to switch rooms, but bed bugs are not that easily to get rid off. Expedia team attempted to reach out to manager for refund for my last night but to no avail. "
