"From the moment we arrived at Parco del caribe in Boca Chica, we were greeted with warm smiles that set the tone for our stay. The hotel was located just a stone’s throw away from the beach. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, always with a genuine smile. Special thanks to the staff who went out of their way to return some clothing items that we mistakenly left behind. In summary, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. With its stunning location and exceptional service. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a dreamy getaway in the Dominican Republic. "Staff was outstanding, I needed to check in several hours early to attend a Zoom call. They checked me into the room and made sure I had internet connection in my room. "

"I booked the place for my parents, as they had to be at the airport by 4:30am. They had taxis available 24/7 and even prepared a snacks box for my parents to take in the morning. Staff were friendly and dinner buffet was good as well. "

"Very good value and a good location 3 minutes walk from the main strip Avenida Duarte. Nothing fancy but you cannot expect that at the price point. Nice to have a pool even if not big. Helpful staff."
