The area has a lot of places to dine and shopping at walking distance or a short drive. The fitness club is at a walkable distance but it worth. Top Notch quality accommodation for businesses or leisure. Highly recommended.

Pro: Staff were amazing, extremely helpful. The hotel is located in a great safe area, right around the corner to Plaza Naco, a small shopping center that is very convenient. The hotel itself is very nice. Beautiful sleek lobby. Hotel was very clean. Food at the hotel is really good. The day we arrived it was pouring all day so we did not leave the hotel that day and ate multiple times from their restaurant and bar menu. Food was really good but on the expensive side. Cons: ventilation in the rooms is not good. If the AC is off for a few hours the rooms get very humid and wet, yes, actually wet. The floor stays wet, the bed feels bed. We had two change of rooms because of the ventilation issues in our initial room. The technician explained to me their ventilation issue. Overall it was a great stay. I would definitely stay at the property again as long as the ventilation issue is resolved.

The room was clean, however the toilet wasnt flushing properly. We had it looked at twice and the problem persisted. Unfortunately, in our last night we came to our room and it was never cleaned so had to call the concierge for clean towels. The hotel is in a great location, but it felt more like a room of an apartment than of a hotel. Not sure I will stay there again.

Nothing wrong with the property, but the reception staff was extremely rude, and the though the reservation was arranged by Expedia to be paid at the end of the stay, they charged it beforehand to "secure" the room, and charged it again at check in. The first charge is has not been reversed to my account yet and it is still showing "in transit". Keep away from people who does not respect your money and use deceptive marketing to lure you in.
