"Checking-In was good. Apartment was cleaned upon arriving, however we had to wait past the 4pm check-in. The apartment needs to be renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms. The AC went off at 2am and it got insanely hot. Our family of 7 all woke up. Only bedroom AC's (3) were on. Our last day in the afternoon the AC went of while we were cooking lunch. "There was a great communication but the property was not on the clean side there was a lot of dust we cleaned a couple of times through our stay and the dust just would be right back beside the amount of fly’s because of the crack door that wouldn’t open the last few days the air wasn’t working very well if the owner see the condition of the apartment and take in to consideration to change certain things like the stove was extremely dirty a greasy I don’t like to complaint but there’s just...

"Anderson and Rosemary are hosts supreme. they are so courteous and prompt. every small detail was looked after. their apt is modern, clean, thoughtfully laid out and well-appointed. i would highly recommend this property. the only problem is with the vrbo website. they make it difficult to extend your stay for a few days. But Anderson and Rosemary were able to resolve this difficulty. Thank youso much.. You are the best"

"Check in was a bit challenging as I was given codes that were off by a number. But I got in and everything was perfect from then on. I would definitely recommend it."

"Needs some upgrade to kitchen appliances., toilets.. only one bedroom with AC , the other bedroom a fan( it was hot).. Pool a little too far (we never used it).Gilbert is an excellent host.. He was available all the time..neighborhood very quiet, project has security 24/7 at the entrance.. I recommend this place."
