"The outside and general area is not very inviting but once inside everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy and the room (415) was spacious with all that was promised. The only issue with the room was the movement activated entrance hall light which illuminated every time the bathroom was visited. Annoying in the middle of the night. "We didn’t get to the hotel until 2:00am and whoever was at the desk was so helpful. There isn’t an elevator so they helped us with bags while we carried our sleeping kids. The hotel was quiet and beautiful- the breakfast delicious- service was beyond- would absolutely recommend for nice retreat! "
