"Amazing 5 night stay. Florence is stunning. Hotel facilities were above and beyond. The Spa is a must during your stay. Would definitely stay again. So centre to local trams, trains and walking distance to all attractions. All staff were attentive toyour needs. Breakfast is lovely, made order eggs. We stayed in a suite with balcony deginatly worth the money. "

However, we did miss having a microwave, as it would have been helpful with little kids. The location was highly walkable—we arrived by train, and it took us just eight minutes on foot. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend it."
