"We waren een beetje teleurgesteld. Er wordt vermeld dat er parking is, maar je moet gewoon een plaats op straat zoeken (zeer moeilijk, want zeer veel geparkeerd auto's). De wifi was op onze kamer (suite De Teide) niet te bereiken, alleen op de benedenverdieping kan je wel op internet. Er werd enorm geboft met het ontbijt. We hebben 3 maal oud brood en oude croissants gekregen. De gastvrouw was wel vriendelijk, maar communiceren is moeilijk omdat ze niet goed Engels spreekt. Ze spreekt wel...

"Este hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Mi ultima estancia fue del 30/5/ al 8/6/23. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena. "The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all. Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client. The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice. The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars. Hot chocolate is not good at all though. Staff were all polite smiling and helpful. The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island. We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje....
