"I had a fairly good experience at the Wafer 450, a small motel located in Santa Clara. The neighborhood seemed safe, and within walking distance of a few chain restaurants such as El Pollo Loco. There is only one bar and there is nothing in the area so you’re pretty much stuck at the hotel the whole time and that’s you’re driving. Nothing walking distance. (perfect for a Niners game, however, great America is out of business)"
