"Wonderful beachfront property with lovely pool and convenient pool bar and restaurant. Also appreciated the on site mini market and restaurant. Renovations are tastefully done post storms. Unavoidable in Florida but some dampness in rooms and the little no-seeum bugs outside were terrible in the evenings but the hotel had bug spray for sale and forewarned guests about that which was helpful! Really enjoyed our stay and would come back."

"The apartment was very nice. There was very little info on what beach equipment we could use so we kinda had to just assume. The cleaning supplies ie dish cleaning supplies were not appropriate. We had dishwasher tabs but no dishwasher. We should have had dish soap but none was provided. This was no biggie just need the owners to pay attention to what they provide. The pillows on the beds were terrible and the mattresses were lumpy but All in all it was a good experience."

"The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it"

"Let me start by saying that we've been to Sanibel many times - it's one of our favorite places. We've rented all over the island.Property is in a great location. It's near many restaurants, shops, markets, etc. (within a 5 min drive). Very short walk to the stunning beach. Property management company was outstanding to work with, and check-in/check-out was flawless. Unit offers everything you need.The only issue was the condition of the unit. The vertical blinds in the living room were broken...
