"The gentleman at the front desk was so very nice and quick. The only issue we had was the noise from kids running up and down the hall. We did notify the front desk and they tried to address the kids but the kids continued to be noisy. It was no fault of the Oaks. "

"A great place to stay in San Simeon. Compared to other hotels in town, I would recommend staying here . Only other hotel is motel6 . Stayed at other places in Sansimeon , and would not recommend any . Some had terrible service and rooms and clerks with an attitude."
