"As always, service at this hotel is impeccable! The food was great two as were the servers. OTOH, working with Expedia was terrible! They screwed up my name and when I checked with the hotel, they couldn't find my presentation. After I finally got the mess sorted out, I had to make a separate reservation for an additional stay. Expedia got that deleted and fortunately I got that straightened out with the hotel. I am done with Expedia!"
