We asked if they could fix the light the day we checked in as we realized both living room and main lights were broken. Front desk said maintenance would be up and asked if we were going out so maintenance could come in. To which we said we were leaving and the room would be available however when we came back the lights were still Not working. I called the front desk and they told me maintenance went home for the day but it would be fixed the next day. When we left again the next day for the whole day it was still not fixed and for the duration of our stay. Would not recommend

Our overall stay was great!! Clean, great gym, and nice pool. Just the few things they could improve; during breakfast was low on utensils, plates, per my kids the eggs was a little tasteless, but ok. toilet in the room was running/leaking.

Fabulous Hotel , New and clean sanitary. Great beds , Very very basic breakfast , not many options ( @ Hyatt should be better) Staff limited but genuinely friendly & helpfull.on the downside , faces 880 freeway at least our room did.. due to being great new building , proper insulated windows low noise ..if any at all. I just dont like not being able get fresh air as windows are fixed . We will be back !!
