"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

Excellent service and a must visit when staying in Tenerife. I have stayed at numerous five star hotels worldwide and this is my personal favourite. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. "We have been to the GF Fanabe on many occasions as this hotel suits us very well and we would have no hesitation in returning. The hotel retains many of its staff over a number of years and it is always good to see them again and meet new ones. We love the adult only roof space but it is becoming increasigly difficult to find a sun lounger. People put their towels on them but dont use them for most of the day, and while this is not the fault of the hotel, it should perhaps be monitored. The dining area is large with a number of food stations but can be quite busy. The food is varied and really should suit all tastes. I do think that hotel must be due for a refurbishment as it is looking a bit dated now"
