"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"My family and I really enjoyed the customer service from staff and the General Manager. We also enjoyed how clean the hotel was. It is elegant as well simple but once again very clean. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast !! I would’ve liked if it had a jacuzzi but besides that everything went well and we will definitely come back. Thank you 🙏 all for the great customer service .See you soon 🙂 and go 49ers !! 😀"
