"Catalina, Caesar, Relando ( shuttle service) Miguel, Italian server, are a true asset to your resort. Beyond kind,gracious, and called us by name each day. Casa Cortez staff, was very polite and explained the menu brilliantly, the food was outstanding. The Italian Restaurant was great, Miguel was a great server, so grateful for him. The resort was clean, housekeeping was good, Bar staff was so friendly. Í will be back. "

"Food was about - 7/10. Not terrible, but after a few days it’s just the same thing over and over. Rooms were kept amazingly clean. Facilities were really nice. The two “queen” Beds were really more like Full-sized beds. Other than that, I would stay here again. "

"Such a beautiful resort with so many pools. Everyone is kind and helpful. Only negative is you are not allowed to bring any drinks to the pool and the bar was expensive. But we would take a break from the sun and eat in our rooms or across the way. Such a fantastic location in walking distance to the town."

"Stayed here many times before new ownership. Love the updates the new ownership has done, don’t love the fact that it is becoming a timeshare or condo type situation. The workers worked very hard however, the resort was very understaffed. One area that has always needed improvement is in the food. I love the location, room was great, and the entertainment at the pool was great. And it’s Mexico, so what’s not to love!"

"Overall had a pleasant stay. Stayed four nights. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. Breakfast was good. They served eggs, chilaquiles, beans, fruit, and oatmeal. There are bus routes to Cabo San Lucas and downtown San Jose. "
