"Myself, my husband and another couple (all in our 30’s) went at the beginning of February 2025. Overall, we had an excellent time and all of us hope to go back to Dreams again in the future. The resort is on the smaller side but we didn’t see this as a negative. The staff were all amazing - many went above and beyond to ensure we always had a drink in our hand, customized our meals as needed, and enjoyed our day at the pool or doing other activities. Many knew us by name by the end of our trip and felt as though the staff-to-guest ratio was a lot better compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at. Our room was great and was cleaned 2-3 times/day and the mini bar was stocked daily. Room service was usually quite fast and there was an excellent selection of food. The food was the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. There were lots of families at the main pool, the adult pool was much quieter. We never had an issue with getting pool towels or lounge chairs - much like other resorts, if you come to the pool past 10:00 most loungers will be taken. The evening entertainment was outside and it could be quite chilly even though it was 18 Celsius - bring WARM clothes. There isn’t much in terms of late-night activities/parties so if that’s your vibe consider another resort. The beach isn’t swimmable due to the undertow but watching the whales so close to the shore was an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend staying here!"
