"The price is not worth what they offer. There was no ventilation or tv in the room. Just a very tiny desk and chair. Hot shower was not working, they had to come help and get it fix 30 mins so we could shower. If the price was lower I understand what they offer is limited, but not worth even the $60 the night."

"We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. "When we arrived, the attendant didn't even know we were coming. He said they were full. He swore his account did not reflect our reservation despite the details i showed him. Ultimately the exact room we booked was free. It was not the room shown in the pictures.
