"It is a simple yet effective place. The front desk is extremely helpful and supportive. It is a quite place 1 km from Escazú area where you can explore. If you are looking for glam this is not your place but if your good with exploring and simplicity then it is perfect. Great job!!. "

"What an amazing place!!!! My husband and i absolutely loved everything about this property from the friendliness of the staff, amazing drinks and bartenders, the gorgeous pool and views, the lush flora and fauna, its within walking distance to so many restaurants, and the abundance of wildlife. We saw so many monkeys on site which was wonderful given the park was closed because of the bad weather. We stayed in the sunrise ocean view room and loved waking up to that amazing view. My only complaint is we didn’t stay long enough. We will definitely stay here again when we return to CR. "

"We've stayed at the San Bada several times. The location is perfect if you want to visit the national park. Short walk to the beach. Staff is wonderful. The view from the 6th floor restaurant is amazing - try it a sunset. Highly recommended."

"Where to start? Our time spent at Tulemar Resort was definitely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t even begin to describe the stunning beauty I witnessed there. The awe inspiring views of the ocean and jungle were absolutely breathtaking. Honestly, it felt like I was dreaming every morning I woke up and opened the window treatments. The location of this resort is absolutely perfect. My family stayed at one of the Tulemar bungalows. They have floor to ceiling windows with truly phenomenal views. The bungalows are fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning and stocking everything daily. A nice walk-in shower, two comfortable queen beds, a pullout couch, and a nice little private deck with a million dollar view. To add to the million dollar view, you’re greeted by squirrel or Capuchin monkey's daily. The wildlife is such an added bonus, it was one of my favorite parts of our trip. The 3 different species of monkeys…Howlers, Capuchins, & Squirrel monkeys. Not to mention, Marine Iguana’s, Gecko’s, Toucan’s, Macaw’s, & Sloth's to name a few. The lush greenery there is absolutely beautiful, and truly memorable. Before I sign off, I most definitely have to mention the Tulemar Café staff we had the pleasure to meet. Simon, Jordi, & Daniel were our waiters that made an everlasting impression. They took such great care of us, and they’re truly genuine human beings who showed us the meaning of Pura Vida!"

"Amazing stay. The staff are incredible. They just handle everything with care and attention. The food was terrific and fairly priced for being a 5 star resort. The resort itself is not a huge place but it’s still awesome and I’d highly recommend staying here "
