"The hotel is great, but two thingsade me deduct a star. The wifi speed is laughable, 10mbos in 2025 is just absurd. One of the cleaning ladies was also very rude, the other ones were great though."

"We had a wonderful room on the 16 th floor with a gorgeous view all over san jose. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is right across the street from a pretty little park and very easy walking distance to the major museums we visited. We also walked to the interesting central market, where we bought ourselves flowers for our room . The sidewalks are very uneven in san jose and we never tried walking at night , but had dinner at the hotel. The breakfast that came...

"We stayed here overnight because we wanted to be within twenty minutes or so of San Jose Airport, the place was clean the staff was helpful, and you get a yummy breakfast in the morning, it's an interesting property near the US Embassy and I would stay there again "
