"This is my second time coming back. The property is clean and I enjoy the pool. They have wait staff around the pool where you can order drinks or food. The staff is attentive and nice. They have activities on property to keep you entertained. They have a vacation club and as any salesperson would they insist on doing a presentation. I skipped it. Overall I was pleased with the experience for the price. If I come back to mazatlan for a third time. I might try to experience something else but...

"Todo fue excelente excepto que el viernes rentaron el bar y la terraza del hotel para un evento privado que era de personas de no más de 16 años obviamente eso entorpeció el servicio del bar y al hacer la observación al staff acerca de la incoherencia de un evento de menores de edad en un hotel solo para adultos la respuesta de todos fue un simple “nosotros tampoco sabíamos”. En general todo bien, solo ese pequeño detalle que si rompe con el concepto del hotel."
