"Our group of 4 people had an excellent time at Melia Puerto Vallarta during our 5-day stay. The property and rooms were clean, the landscaping was beautifully done with lots of lush greenery, and the dining at the buffet and both the specialty restaurants was amazing. There was also a vast array of fun activities every day that kept us comfortably busy but still with enough time to relax by their large pool. Beach access was easy and I also specifically appreciated that there were showers to wash sand off between the beach and the rest of the property. The shows were also very entertaining, especially their “Atlantida” show which was thrilling to watch the performers in the air. The property is also very conveniently located being only a few minute walk from great shopping at the marina, and less than 10 minute drive from the airport. Our group would also like to specifically mention Leo Leon, Anna, and Alexandra with activities, our dance instructor Betty, and Angel with luggage service. They were all very kind, professional, exceptionally helpful, and it is clear that they play a major role in keeping the resort running well for guests. We certainly recommend that they receive raises for their outstanding service as they made our experience at Melia truly memorable."
