"I arrived into SFO on a late flight so I slept in late and missed breakfast at the morning hotel cafe. The front desk clerk made helped me to get a coffee and a muffin and yogurt. She was so kind and understanding. I've stayed at this hotel a lot and will continue to do so. It's starting to feel like my home away from home when I travel."

"Good location just a block away from Pier 39. Trader Joe's and Walgreens nearby. The F Trolley which takes you to BART is within a block. Easy for public transportation and activities. They give a small bottle of water to each person at check in; a bottle per person per day would be an even nicer gesture. We left our bags with Bell Service after checkout until late evening pickup for flight. Enjoyed our stay. "
