"The room we had was a Handicapped Room. It was very small but more than adequate. We were only staying one night and catching a fight out mid-morning. The Bed, and Bedding were great. A TV, remote, Refigerator and coffee maker and a safe were all provided. The room was clean and well kept. One of the attractions was a free shuttle to the airport. It was advertised as less than a mile from SFO, however it still took over a half hour to reach the airport as the van serviced 4 other hotels....

"The bathroom air fan did not do a good job reducing odor. The bathroom was clean but had a lingering odor that wasn’t pleasant. I only saw one staff member and he was very pleasant. I had no idea when I booked where the hotel was located and as a single woman traveling alone I was a little nervous being on the ground floor but it was fine.
