"We stayed in the 28th floor of the Sky Tower. It was fun, clean and comfortable. Everything about our stay was great. The only challenge was the lack of signage leading us to the hotel check in from both the street or inside the casino. "

"We almost wrecked getting up to Reno. We were gonna turn around and go back home; but we made it there. Had back surgery a year and a half ago and wanted to do something for my birthday.. I was super excited to leave the Bay Area and enjoy Reno.. I spoke to the nice lady at the desk and asked for a room with a fridge and microwave . We had to upgrade our room due to no frodege for the one I purchased. It wasn’t a huge charge.. The resort was really nice. They upgraded the sands to J resort and...

Pretty nice.

"This was a pretty nice hotel. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was pretty good, but could have been a little cleaner. The breakfast was good. We really would have liked to have a microwave, but overall it was pretty good. We would stay there again."
