"Very comfortable beds, wonderful shower and tub, thick luxurious towels and great cosmetics provided. A fresh bottle of filtered water was provided each time the room was refreshed. Staff were lovely. There was a hiccup when I checked in because the room key did not work for the electricity, so I was moved to another room. After that all was smooth sailing. The pool and sauna were good for relaxing. I liked the heated stone lounge benches. Dairy-free milk was available on request. Restaurant had delicious gluten free bass. Highly recommend!"

"Easy check in , friendly staff. Paid £6 for tea and coffee and a kettle for use in the room for which I am happy . However less happy about paper cups . "
