"Check in was easy and breakfast was good. Only issues were at check out at 9am. Someone double parked in the handcap space. There was also a car parked in the load in/out space. People were also smoking under the no smoking sign. I would have liked these to have been addressed by staff. It made for an unpleasant and tricky load out. "

"This location was a great experience from checking in and checking out. The staff were amazing and respectful. The cleanliness of the rooms were great. Rooms were super clean and had no bad odors, beds were comfortable, pillows were good as well. Bathroom was super clean, towels were clean and house keeping cleans your room daily. Our 5 day stay was amazing. Parking was free and was safe, well lit and no homeless people. Location was close to Buc-ees plenty of places to eat. The free breakfast...

"The Canopy by Hilton was a great stay - along the River-walk in San Antonio. The staff was very accommodating and the onsite restaurant was one of the best on the River (both breakfast and dinner) I would recommend this property if downtown San Antonio is your destination."
