Valet parking was ridiculously high priced and extremely slow. We located other parking. The valet even got guests cars towed. The elevator kept breaking. Dean’s restaurant was excellent food but the service was so slow. At one point, we could not even order another drink let alone get more water for the whole meal. I did however see our server watching tik tok on her cell. We love Kimpton hotels but will not stay at this location ever again. Bozeman and Omaha are far superior.

Honestly the worst experience. I got there at 4-check in was at 3. My room wasn’t ready until 5:30- my dinner reservations were at 6- so I missed those. Came back- all the elevators were down all the way into the next morning. I waited 20 minutes for the single elevator to get me from the 6th floor with my luggage.

Walking distance to the Riverwalk cruise, restaurants and the Alamo. Kids were happy with the Wi-Fi speed. Breakfast is not included and the restaurant downstairs needs reservations.
