Valet parking was ridiculously high priced and extremely slow. We located other parking. The valet even got guests cars towed. The elevator kept breaking. Dean’s restaurant was excellent food but the service was so slow. At one point, we could not even order another drink let alone get more water for the whole meal. I did however see our server watching tik tok on her cell. We love Kimpton hotels but will not stay at this location ever again. Bozeman and Omaha are far superior.

Honestly the worst experience. I got there at 4-check in was at 3. My room wasn’t ready until 5:30- my dinner reservations were at 6- so I missed those. Came back- all the elevators were down all the way into the next morning. I waited 20 minutes for the single elevator to get me from the 6th floor with my luggage.

Walking distance to the Riverwalk cruise, restaurants and the Alamo. Kids were happy with the Wi-Fi speed. Breakfast is not included and the restaurant downstairs needs reservations.

Property was beautiful and service sas excellent. One thing to note i saw a manager yelling at a few of the staff out in person. Being thaI work in HR this stood out for me. It was unprofessional and disheartening to observe. Another area to note the service guy Tony at the valet desk was really nice, friendly and helpful. However he could have performed his duties better with an umbrella being provided for him. On this particular day it was very sunny and hot and he was visibly sweating and also trying to block the sun. A simple accommodation of an umbrella would have made hjs job so much easier. Keep in mind that your employees and how they are treated will ultimately determine the success of any business. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend and return

Beautiful Clean fancy new hotel. Some construction going on outside, but not a big deal. Valet was slammed for a football game, so was slow, but they worked hard to make it right.

The hotel in beautifuly decorated, modern with style, smells nice and atuff ia very nice!The parking is available outfront as a valet for $56 per night, open in an out, or self park around the corner for $40 a night, open in and out, cash only, ATM charges a $5 fee! Room is nice, new hotel ao nothing is worn out! There is only one free bottle of water per room, no matter how many guests! Breakfast is 6-10, we slept through it and brunch was fully booked and long wait, so thats not ideal! You can order room service by scanning the QR Code in the room, but of course the prices are high! I think for the price hotel is nice, clean , close to everything, but a simple breakfast for the guests would have been nice!
