"Got to the property at approx 4 pm. Grandkids wanted to go straight to Disney. Got back late to realize the Trundle Bed mattress has springs poking up through the mattress. Completely uninhabitable. The pull out couch is not a traditional pull out bed. It’s a leather couch that lays flat. My best estimate is slightly larger than an extra long twin. "The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"This property was meticulously well kept, the grounds were immmaculate. The neighborhood, well it had quite a few properties and residents, however the units were very quiet. Had a minor oversight on something and contacted thehost and it was remedied in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this property. "
