"Our stay was awesome. The hosts clearly want to provide a comfortable, clean home for their guests. Everything was super clean, well-stocked with everything you’d need, and nicely decorated. The beds and the living room furniture are very comfy. The complex is quiet and the neighborhood was safe and conveniently located. There was no dishwasher and no elevator to the 2nd (top) floor, but we had no problem with either. Everything else was perfect! Thank you, Ray & Sandy! "

"This rental was perfect for my stay. It's walking distance to my favorite coffee shop in Culver City. There is an assigned parking space included with the rental, which worked out great for me! The space itself was very clean when I arrived. The check in process was also super easy! The JBYT team was very attentive and communicative as well. Definitely will book again! "

"Ray sent us the check-in details well in time so that getting to and into the property was smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and the kitchen very well stocked, which was perfect for our needs. On check-out day, Ray sent a message letting us know we didn't have to worry about cleaning, etc. and to just enjoy our remaining time there. We did do the dishes anyway because leaving a bunch of dirty dishes felt too weird. But what a gracious host!"

"It is a clean comfortable place with a swimming pool just for those staying there. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with many good restaurants in the area if you want to eat out. We had breakfast and lunch at the rental place, and went out for dinner in the evening. We enjoyed swimming every day. It was great!"

"Super clean and comfortable apartment. I stayed for four weeks and completely enjoyed my stay. They were very friendly and communicative about housekeeping/maintenance as needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There is very little street parking available in the neighborhood, however the assigned parking spot in the back alley fit my SUV very well. 10/10"
