"Small room (typical in Japan), but efficient use of space. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat and not soft enough. Front desk staff didn't understand English completely, but they were still helpful. It was a pretty good location--close to subway stations, restaurants, and Tokyo Tower. "

"I’ve always chosen to come back here whenever I drop by in Tokyo. The open-air bath is great place to unwind after a long day and it’s located near a station for ease of commuting via the Hibiya and Oedo Lines. A shoutout to the staff who attended to my panic call for something which I left in the room when I checked out. I’m just so glad that it was found and returned back to me."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities! Just beware, the room is super super small as many are in Tokyo. It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. Overall a nice place to stay!"

"It’s a very nice place to stay if u like quiet neighborhood and super convenient! There are so many nice restaurants around and super close to metro station. If u love museums, there are so many famous museums around the area. And there is a free ice cream machine in the hotel lobby for every costumer!"
