"Family of 4 from Seattle, WA. We love this hotel!! This is the 3rd times we stay at Roppongi location. We also stayed at Shimbashi in 2019. Candeo at Shimbashi is also good but smaller breakfast area. We chose Candeo Roppongi because the sky spa. After long walk/ shopping in Tokyo, it was the quickest (4 people shower in one bathroom can take awhile) and the most relaxing. If you are complaint about the small bathroom, you are totally missing out. We also love the breakfast. We stayed...

"Poor mgmt, won’t even let me leave luggage until checkin. (The latest checkin ever 5pm! And checkout 10am!) Poor hospitality. 3rd no elevator. Tiny tiny space, tiny bathroom - even the stupid ‘wardrobe’ look limits your already tiny space so you bang your head in it when getting in and out of bed. Bailed after one night - for the same price or less. take the generous Unplan at Shinjuku instead."
