"The main reason for giving a 10 is that the room was excellent. It was a very modern, boutique style room with really comfy bed and luxurious duvet, and the shower was spacious with a waterfall head as well as a separate shower handle. But also, we received a warm welcome from the staff on reception, including a spicy chocolate drink handed to us. Needs few touches plugs in better location needs bathroom shelf, side table etc. Sadly lift not working throughout stay BIG impact on our stay as we were on top floor 8 levels from ground very steep stairs. It deterred us from shopping as unable to carry things upstairs. Our knees badly swollen now!!! Staff were lovely. Needs blackout blinds slightly noisy rooms doors banging"
