"The property was very nice - inside and outside. My one complaint though was the list of do’s and don’ts. It was a dizzying list of “if you do A, we will fine you X” Almost made me want to cancel my reservation and just eat the loss, because it did make us feel very uncomfortable/unwelcome. Like we could only sleep, shower, then leave. Otherwise it was a beautiful property. Nice and clean, decorated beautifully, and fully stocked with all that we needed for a few days stay. "

"The neighborhood was just ok. Not a place i wanted to walk around at night alone. Overall though, the place was great!!!! We rented both and it was the perfect amoint of space for the whole family! Has a garage but was too small for both of our cars. Parking passes were nowhere to be found. Host responded quickly at first but after awhile there was no response at all. Found another place to park. Had a great stay overall, thoigh. after"

"Great Location - near Buddy Guy's, near 11 City Diner, Harrison and Roosevelt L stations, Trader Joe's, the Lake, Art Institute, museums, etc. There are 45 degree angled views of both Sears Tower and the Lake/Navy Pier. There is also a roof deck on the lakeside that's a public space and has incredibly wonderful views. The apartment was small, not quite a tiny home, and it had everything I needed. I was just one person and I think they might limit to two or three total, and that makes sense...

"The property is exactly as advertised. Convenient to downtown Chicago. I took off a little because of the sleeping arrangements. The beds are not particularly wide for 2 people and the placement against the walls emphasizes that. Additionally, the trains were noticeable throughout the night. Otherwise, everything was good. "

"We needed a place for a large group that was exhibiting at a Tradeshow. The property was clean and we have tons of private space for our group. The neighborhood was safe. Great place for large groups."
