After waiting over 20 minutes at the front desk for an employee, ANY EMPLOYEE to make an appearance in the lobby when we first got there, I called the corporate office for assistance in rousing someone to show up. About 10 minutes later, someone emerged from a closed door behind the lobby. By then the lobby was full of guests with questions.
