4-6 bedrooms available. 4 bedrooms in the main house with the option to add the 2 room guest house to your rental for an additional fee.

Zyanya is a unique one of a kind oceanfront property located on Punta Sur. The home contains four large master bedrooms each with their own private master baths all with views to the ocean. The downstairs bedroom which is also wheelchair accessible is not only facing the ocean but open to poolside for easy access. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms has a private balcony with the most incredible ocean views. There is one central tub room upstairs with a large oversized bathtub for the whole house to enjoy and escape after a long day at the beach, pool or exploring the island. The large oversized double living room and kitchen with ceiling to floor sliding doors open to the outside allowing for ocean breezes to fill the house. Large Oceanside infinity pool and deck equipped with lounge beds, dining area, and chairs are perfect for entertaining.
There is a Chef's kitchen and an extra-large laundry area. The House has the most amazing curated hand made furniture and vast art collection making this a desirable property on the Island.

Wonderful family get.together in perfect villa
We could not have had a more perfect villa for our family get together. The rooms were all spacious and private with beautiful views. The living/dining space was open plan which was ideal for us to gather. The grand children and adults loved the pool which overlooked the gulf. Angel and her staff were gracious and welcoming. All had a fabulous week vacation!

The property, Zyanya, was as advertised! Spectacular views, incredible open spaces inside and outside of the house. Angel, host, and Luis, chef and daily contact, were exceptional. The perfect vacation!!
To say that this was the best holiday is an understatement!! The home is absolutely stunning and every detail has been carefully thought. Luis and the staff truly make this place the special gem that is. We stayed there with 4 other couples to celebrate turning 40 and we were treated with such hospitality from the moment we walked in the door. A weekend in paradise!

This house is Amazing!!! From the moment you step into this beautiful home you will be wowed by the views and accommodations. I've stayed at both the north end and now the south end of the island. My friends were looking for more of a private experience and the Zyanya house exceeded all of our expecatations. Having Chef Louis really was the high point of our vacation. Having never experienced a private chef before I wasn't sure what to expect. His meals and cocktails were phenomenal. If you don't book Louis, you will be missing out! Everyone in our group truly had the most fabulous time!! Angel and her team made this a truly unforgettable vacation. Absolute perfection
Six of us childhood friends stayed 4 nights in this gorgeous location to celebrate turning 50. The property is as described (if not more amazing in person). Angel is very accommodating and responsive and helped us answer all of our questions ahead of time and during our stay. Luis is an absolute gem and every bite of food he cooked for us was incredible. We are all foodies and I can honestly say every meal was heaven. We all wanted to take him home with us or at least on our next vacation! The home was well appointed with everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable and the art and lighting throughout was stunning. We hope to be back sometime in the future and already miss the beautiful views and peaceful setting. This place exceeded all of our expectations for a perfect ladies weekend!

Amazing and relaxing
We were a family of 8 people ranging in ages 3 months to 60 years old and all of us had the absolute best time. You walk into the beautiful property and just feel so calmed by the beauty. The kids swam in the gorgeous pool and the adults relaxed poolside and enjoyed the view. Chef Luis and team are so incredible and the food is beyond. So interesting and absolutely beautiful presentation. Not to mention delicious. They took such good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Angel had the best suggestions and was always just a text away to help with any suggestions or questions we may have had. Our last night we did the ruin dinner on the property and it was so so very special. Must do. Oh and the beds were insanely comfy. Highly recommend this property!
