"I was so impressed with the staff at Four Points. They asked us how everything was right after checking in and several times during our stay. I asked if the hotel had just been redone. The answer was yes. We were then told of all the various upgrades to Four Points. It was beautiful. There was live music at the Tiki Bar, every night! I just loved that. The food was delicious also. "

"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year."

"This was a perfect spot for my husband and me to visit our daughter. Very well stocked with all you need to cook. Tried out the bikes and enjoyed the lanai in the evenings. Close to Fisherman’s Village, TT’s Tiki Bar was not far and yummy! It was unseasonably warm for spring so we could have used another comfortable chair inside when the kids came to visit. Overall, a great stay. We may be back next year!! "
